This programme has been specifically designed for emerging and aspiring leaders who are ready to strengthen their leadership capability, increase their influence, and make a greater impact within their teams and organisations.
In this welcome video, you’ll meet GTE, your facilitator, gain an overview of the programme structure, learn what to expect over the coming months, and discover how to get the most value from your Academy experience.

CONTINUING YOUR LEARNING JOURNEY
The Leadership Academy is a practical six-month leadership development program designed to build and refresh the skills, confidence and mindset required to lead people successfully in today’s workplace.
Building the leader within follows a blended learning approach, combining self-paced learning, group workshops, individual coaching and workplace application. This format allows participants to learn new concepts, discuss real workplace challenges and immediately apply their learning on the job, leading to stronger leadership capability and lasting behavioural change.

Join two live GTE-facilitated Zoom sessions each month (40–60 minutes) designed to bring the content to life through discussion, examples, and real-world application..
Knowledge Check and Leadership Challenge
Complete a short multiple-choice knowledge check and undertake a practical leadership activity to apply your learning in the workplace.
Reflection Conversation
Your second monthly Zoom session focuses on reflection, shared experiences, discussion, and practical application of the month's leadership topic.
Manager Partnership
Your second monthly Zoom session focuses on reflection, shared experiences, discussion, and practical application of the month's leadership topic.
Graduation and Recognition
Upon successful completion of the Academy, participants receive a GTE Future Leaders Academy Certificate of Completion recognising their commitment to leadership growth and development.
